Cornmeal Porridge Recipe

Ingredients for making cornstarch porridge:

 1 liter of milk

 10 tablespoons of cornstarch

 8 tablespoons of sugar

 1 unit of lemon zest

 cinnamon powder

How to make cornstarch:

To prepare this easy and tasty cornstarch porridge, place the cornstarch in a large bowl and gradually stir the milk, while mixing it with a whisk, as the cornstarch forms (so no lumps are seen).

Transfer this preparation to a pan, add sugar and lemon zest. Place over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it has a consistency like the one shown in the photo.

At that moment the cornstarch is ready! Let it warm, retire the lemon zest and serve sprinkled with cinnamon. Enjoy your food!
